The facade of the townhouses has set back windows, so that the angled concrete sections provide shade for the interior, as well as visual interest from the street.

Each townhouse also has a large cantilevered planter box that stands out and add a touch of nature to the facade.

Stepping inside, the entrance foyer is a transitional area between the exterior and the interior of the home.

In the living room, the double-height space has large windows that look out onto the backyard. The wall behind the couch has built-in lighting to break up the solid wall, as well as helping to creating a unique atmosphere.

Located off the living room is a covered outdoor patio.

A small path connects the patio to a larger seating area with built-in wood benches and hidden lighting, that’s surrounded by plants.

Back inside, the kitchen has light wood cabinets, open shelving and a mirrored backsplash. The kitchen shares the room with the dining table. Floor-to-ceiling windows look over the living room below.

Just off the kitchen are wood and steel stairs that lead to the upper floors of the home.

The master bedroom is full of light wood and mirrors. Small plants add a touch of nature to the room, and a built-in couch creates a place to relax and read a book.

Beside the master bedroom is a large walk-in closet. The light wood used in the bedroom is also used in the closet to create open shelves and storage. In the center of the closet is an accessories island and an upholstered bench.

Opposite the closet is the master bathroom. A large bath/shower room is enclosed behind a glass wall, and a large back lit mirror makes the bathroom feel even larger.
