SVOYA studio has recently completed the modern interior of a small 400 square foot (39m2) apartment in Odessa, Ukraine.
Stepping inside the apartment, you’re greeted by the living area and a large wood accent wall with hidden lighting and a smaller white wall with plenty of storage.
The open bedroom is raised up on a platform, with the bed at eye-level with the window, allowing for sea views while resting.
The wood accent wall in the living room wraps around into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features minimalist white cabinets, built-in appliances, a grey countertop, and a simple floating wood shelf.
By the front door, there’s a hidden door located within the wood accent wall, that opens to reveal the bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling rectangular tiles in a vertical arrangement cover the walls, while a wood vanity with a white countertop fits neatly beside the shower that’s separated by a glass screen.
