Jaak and Andreas Tiik from ÖÖD, have designed this modular house that’s prefabricated and can be installed in just 8 hours. Functionality and comfort is the main goal of the ÖÖD projects, as they are meant to be placed in various locations for short-term accommodation.
Mirrored glass on three sides of the home reflect the surrounding areas, making the house blend in with nature. The entrance can be found at the back of the home, which is made from wood.
Inside, the space has been cleverly decorated and organised to emphasize different areas within the interior.
In the bedroom area, a trundle bed can be pulled out below the wood framed bed for an extra sleeping space.
A black chair and a white and black floor lamp at the end of the hallway provides a nice place to read and relax.
Opaque glass walls separate the bathroom from the main living area and at the same time they still allow light to travel throughout the interior.
Also in the bathroom is a small sink and a toilet.
Out on the wood deck, there is a built-in hot tub to jump into while enjoying the outdoors.
