The wood covered addition houses a great room that opens to the outside via a 36 foot long operable window wall.

Inside, the great room consists of an open plan kitchen / dining/ living area, with a wall of wood cabinetry. The interior was kept spacious as the home owners love to entertain.

Apart from the great room, the project also includes a secondary kitchen/utility room, powder room, master bedroom suite with roof deck, renovated bedrooms and shared bathroom, and improvements to the envelope of the existing house.
