Toronto-based Umbra Studio, the collaborative output of Umbra’s in-house designers, have created a minimalist magazine rack called ‘Hoop’ for Umbra Shift, a platform where the designers experiment with new materials, techniques and processes.
Made from steel, the faceted rods are welded together to create a modern design that can hold magazines and records. The designers mention that the “circular frame makes it easy to pick up and present the contents at an approachable angle.”
