Patrick Arotcharen Architecte has designed an eco-lodge in Saubion, France, named Les Echasses, where each of the private holiday homes and restaurant have butterfly roofs.
There’s a restaurant that has outdoor seating covered by the overhanging roof, and inside, there’s more seating. The restaurant can also be transformed into a meeting room for business events.
