Virgin Holidays have built a South African inspired treehouse on London’s Southbank, to promote travel to South Africa.

The temporary treehouse installation (only there for one week) was inspired by the Lion Sands Game Reserve accommodation in South Africa.

The treehouse is positioned 35-feet above the ground.

The treehouse also has a private balcony and African-inspired design.

Virgin Holidays worked with interior designer Hubert Zandberg, who mentioned, ““The biggest challenge with this project was evoking the feeling of a treehouse in the middle of Africa, when we are clearly in the middle of London.”
