Yevgenia Shilova and Ilya Eroshevich of architecture and interior design firm Design Rocks have recently completed an apartment that includes an indoor plant room.
Located just off the dining room and highlighted by the black-framed glass wall with a door, the garden provides a place of calm within the modern interior.
A door opens to reveal the space, that’s furnished with a warm wood floor, a chair and side table, and an abundance of potted plants. If the homeowner changes their mind on the use of the space, the plants can easily be removed, and the room can be transformed into a home office or nursery.
