When interior design and architecture firm BASS Design were creating the Yiyun Art Gallery in Taipei, Taiwan, they didn’t choose to go with just a regular door, instead they installed a large geometrically shaped door made from weathered steel.
When closed, the design of the door slightly protrudes away from the facade, creating an eye-catching visual.

A cut-out section of the door acts as door handles, and when the door is open, you can see that the interior side of the door is flat.
