Located next to the pool house is a large swimming pool, with a built-in spa. A wood deck surrounds the pool and provides plenty of space for outdoor lounging and dining.

At one end of the pool is a swim-up bar, and as the pool and pool house both have plenty of light, the entire area can be used at night for entertaining.

The swim-up bar is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the sunken bar and tv that’s been mounted on the wall behind the bar. Off to the side is an outdoor lounge area.

Next to the sunken bar is a glass room with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a wood-fire oven. The glass walls retract to open the space up to the pool deck.

The pool house has two bathrooms featuring brick walls and exposed concrete, while the floor is covered in colorful patterned tiles.
