When Deniz Kosan set out to create a coffee roastery, he was so inspired by the hit tv show Breaking Bad, that he wanted create a space with a science lab atmosphere.
The recently opened Walter’s Coffee Roastery in Kadikoy, Istanbul, features staff wearing aprons and coveralls, the periodic table on the cafe wall, as well as drinks made and served in beakers.
