Foolscap Studio, have designed a temporary food and drink space in Sydney, Australia, that has been setup while the Barangaroo development is under construction.

Working together with Lendlease, they created the 170m (557ft) long space, that is home to food and drink vendors like, Edition Coffee Roasters, Gin&It, Riva Reno Gelato, Belle’s Hot Chicken and Mamak.

The space has been made from especially engineered recycled cardboard tubes and sustainable local plywood.

Illuminated cut out sections are home to some of Australia’s native plants, which will be removed and relocated once the project has ended.
