In 2015, designer Mads Sætter-Lassen, won Northern Lighting’s Student Design Award, with his desk lamp design named Buddy, that will be launched later this month at the upcoming Maison & Objet Show in Paris, and then at the Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair.

When talking about his creation, the designer mentions that Buddy is “the little helper everyone needs”. We tend to agree, as it is always handy to have a cup for your odds and ends on a desk.
