Windspeed Technologies have concept designs for an entertaining idea for long flights on large jets that allows you to view the clouds from above when flying.
SkyDeck, is a viewing dome that would allow you to sit and enjoy a 360 degree view from the top of the plane.
Windspeed Technologies have designed two options for how to get up into the dome, and you can see them here.
Option 1 – An elevator with two seats that raise up into the SkyDeck.
Option 2 – A set of stairs folds down into the cabin. At the top of the stairs are the two seats in the SkyDeck.
