Last year, Meyer Davis Studio provided a complete $29 million redesign of the former W New Orleans Hotel, transforming it into the rebranded Le Méridien Hotel. Here’s 10 photos of the completed interior.

 

The lobby, which they call “The Hub,” has a large-scale artwork on the wall.

There’s also a wall of mirror-backed shelves, filled with books and an assortment of decorative items.

Inspired by contemporary coffee house culture, lobby guests are encouraged to sit and relax for a while.

A custom built-in bank of seating snakes its way around a column.

The Longitude 90 cafe and bar keeps the caffeine flowing during the day.

The LMNO Restaurant is designed specifically for breakfast.

Apparently, they offer a complimentary “Eye Opener” shot in the morning. I don’t exactly know what that is, but “complimentary” usually means “free,” so it sounds good to me!
