Stepping inside, and there’s a hallway lined with wood closets that leads to the new extension, and a skylight adds natural light to the interior.

Located off the hallway, are bedrooms and bathrooms. In the master bedroom, wood covers an entire wall and acts as a headboard for the bed.

At the end of the hallway, the home opens up to a large open plan room with the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

In the living room area, a double-height ceiling creates an open feeling, while a large exposed concrete wall continues from the interior to the exterior of the home.

The living area of the home opens up to a covered outdoor patio, and at the side of the house, there’s a path that leads from the garage to the backyard.

On the side of the extension, there’s an outdoor shower for washing off after going to the beach. From this location, you can also see where the original house and the new extension connect.
