On one side of the dining room is a large floor-to-ceiling wood shelving unit that measures in at almost 45 feet (14m) long. The unit symbolizes openness and creates a homely atmosphere, as well as acting as a place to store wine, have drinks prepared, bread cut and snacks served. It also connects the dining room with kitchen through a large serving window.

On the opposite wall, leather banquette seating sits against a background of hand-laid wall mosaic of black pebbles.
